    Joe has been licensed in Arizona since 1982 and has co-owned the RE/MAX office in Casa Grande since 1995. He and his partner/wife, Debbie, always stress the importance of education and integrity in all their business aspects. Joe and Debbie were the first to institute a true team concept in Casa Grande to enhance the buying and selling experience for their clients. For example, an administrative staff on-site to help our agents manage transactions, enhancing communication and avoiding issues before they arise. Joe is instrumental in the technology side of the business and the first in Casa Grande to utilize a network for keeping up with and communicating with our clients. Constantly keeping up with the latest in technology to satisfy the increasingly tech savvy customers and clients. Joe and Debbie own residential and commercial rental property, and most recently acquired a lakefront resort property in Northern Wisconsin. Joe enjoys his work but also loves to boat, mountain bike, ski and travel.
     
    Joe is a STAR POWER© Star and has presented at national conventions. Starpower Systems presents the real estate industry's only University-level series of training programs. Joe is also an "Executive Coach" for StarPower, coaching real estate professionals on the way to reaching their goals and achieve life balance.
