Casa Grande Lakes
“The Lakes” is one of Casa Grande’s most popular communities, with many properties backing directly onto the lake itself, or the David White Golf course. Excellent views, walking paths, boat privileges and a friendly, low-key appeal make this established neighborhood desirable but not out of reach. Mostly single level homes keeps the horizon low, although there are some two-stories for those looking for both views and space. In the past year or so, prices have ranged from around $90,000 to mid $200's, and buyers may choose from simple patio homes to luxury custom ranches. RV parking is available with some homes.
