A large, master-planned community, Villago (www.visitvillago.com) is ideal for families, with its lakes, walkways, parks, play areas and even schools within the subdivision. Built by Fulton Homes, Lennar and Taylor Morrison, homes are available in all sizes, from 1,400 square feet to almost 5,000.
Many properties have large, pool-sized lots and 3-car garages, and there are even some with 4- and 5-car garages, as well as luxury basement homes. While building is temporarily on-hold, an aquatic center and sports facility is planned for the future. In the last year prices have ranged from low $100's to mid $300's.
