Kathy manages the listing paperwork and develops a marketing plan for each and every listing, making sure all information is available to our clients, team members, and other Realtors. Communication is as important to us as it is to our clients. Kathy sends sellers updates and feedback and helps to answer questions when they arise. Kathy also provides services in the Property Management Department and helps with many duties of marketing and setup of display advertising.
Tracy is your point of contact once a contract to buy or sell is accepted. She closely follows each step of your transaction to ensure a smooth and successful closing.
Tracy encourages you to call her with questions relating to the many aspects of closing your transaction.

Linda joined the company in January of 2008 bringing with her a wealth of customer service experience and can give invaluable information about the community being a native to the area.
Linda handles future and current tenant questions, arranges property showings and coordinates all tenant and leasing activity. She also acts as our dedicated showing agent for our rental properties. She is always available to answer any questions you may have about our properties, applications or maintenance.
Carolann DiMuzio

Having 25 years experience in the corporate world, Carolann’s career has focused on attention to detail and customer service. Assisting in the short sale of your home, Carolann brings these same skills to the real estate business resulting in detailed short sale package submissions to lenders and effective communications to all parties. Carolann earned her CDPE designation and has a great record of short sale approvals from lenders. She finds her job challenging and rewarding; and enjoys working with sellers.

Christie Rhoden
REO Property Manager
Christie is our REO Property Manager. She assists our agents with REO properties from determining occupancy, to preservation and maintenance, to facilitating interior BPO’s and inspections. Her goal is to effectively and efficiently assist in getting the properties market ready and maintain the properties while listed as we work toward a successful sale. She is your point of contact for utilities, access, interior maintenance, landscape maintenance, HOA information, and property inspections for all REO properties while in the pre-listing status. Feel free to contact Christie with any questions pertaining to our REO properties. If she doesn’t have the answer, she will promptly find one for you and get back to you asap.
