What is FENG SHUI and what does it have to do with selling my home?
Feng Shui is the ancient study of energy. The literal translation of Feng Shui is wind and water. I believe the proper use of Feng Shui allows people to live in harmony with their environment. While I’ve studied Feng Shui since 2000, in 2008 I began studying with Suzee Miller, a Feng Shui Master from California in order to enhance my understanding of how to use Feng Shui to help property sell more quickly.
As a result of working with Suzee on my own properties, I decided to become a Feng Shui Certified Real Estate Professional. As a result of this in depth training, I have taught my listing partners to recognize areas to remedy and enhance on your property. All members of the Yost Realty Group understand the basic principles of Feng Shui and they consult with Debbie for additional input and assistance.
Properties that have been enhanced using Feng Shui attract more potential buyers. There is nothing superstitious or magic about this earth science. It’s all about enhancing the positive energy already present on your property.
