Los Portales
Like "The Links", Los Portales is one of Casa Grande’s most desirable subdivisions, being situated on the south side of the David White golf course. Built by Arizona-builder Brown Family Communities, properties range from 1,200 square foot single level homes to just under 4,200 square foot two-stories. Many of the properties have ten-foot ceilings, 3-car garages and large, pool-sized lots, and there are several golf lot properties with mountain and lake views. Another feature which has attracted buyers is the availability of large single story homes, up to 2,700 square feet. Prices recently have ranged from low $100's to $300's.
