Wildflower-Monument Village
The adjoining subdivisions of Wildflower and Monument Village have always been popular due to their proximity to Casa Grande’s center, reasonable prices and lack of HOA. Many of the properties, built by Countrywalk Homes starting in 1995, have larger lots (7,500 to 10,000 SF) with space for RV parking, and all are single level, affording privacy to residents.
The homes range in size from about 1,200 SF to 2,300 SF and several have vaulted or ten-foot ceilings. 3 car garages are also available on many homes and all properties have block fencing. The subdivisions are located just over ½ a mile from Florence Blvd’s shops and restaurants, between Peart Rd to the west, Arizola Rd to the east, Cottonwood Rd to the north and McMurray to the south. A new high school (Vista Grande) opened in mid 2009 and is located a short walk away. Homes in these two communities tend to sell quickly. Prices are in the region of high $90,000s to mid $100,000s.
