Sara Breese

A native of Erie, Pennsylvania, I moved to Cleveland, Ohio in 2014 to pursue and expand my career in real estate. In 2018, I earned the title of Associate Broker at one of Northeast Ohio’s largest client- and agent-focused brokerages, HomeSmart Real Estate Momentum. After assisting in several successful Ohio-based and out-of-state relocation transactions, I decided to move to Casa Grande, Arizona to further expand my real estate business. As of January 2023, I am licensed and actively working in both beautiful Ohio and sunny Arizona.

From the beginning of my career, I have been passionate about the process, strategy, and purpose of real estate while guiding my clients through the start of their “next chapter.” I strive to make every transaction as smooth as possible by exercising dependable communication, exceptional negotiation, sensible problem-solving, and a commitment to professionalism. In my aim to provide my clients with superior customer service, I emphasize the importance of focus, education, experience, and determination in each transaction from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, I am an avid reader, adventure-seeker, baker, and animal lover. I am a lifelong swimmer, having competed throughout college and coaching for the majority of my adult life. I am also a licensed skydiver, with my home dropzone at Skydive Arizona. I hold a bachelor's degree in Political Science, a master's degree in International Relations, and have traveled to 42 states and nine countries. I currently reside in the Central Arizona city of Casa Grande, which is 45 minutes from Phoenix AND Tucson! I find immense joy in time well-spent with my wonderful family and incredible friends, the purity and love of animals, being outside, bad puns, and jumping out of planes. I am deeply passionate about education, especially in the realms of swimming and real estate. Finally, and most importantly, I cherish connections and genuinely hope to bring a smile to the face of anyone I meet.
