Melissa Yost Fuentes

I am proud to be the broker and owner of RE/MAX Casa Grande, leading the talented team at Yost Realty Group. In addition to my role as a broker, I serve as the Regional Vice President for the Pinal Chapter of WeSERV, the local REALTOR® association. Real estate has been my lifelong passion—I’ve been licensed since 2008, but I’ve essentially grown up in the business, as my parents have been real estate brokers since the early 1980s. As a Casa Grande native, I’m deeply connected to our community and believe in upholding the highest standards of customer service and integrity. I have earned several designations and certifications, ensuring I stay ahead of the latest standards and practices in the industry. I am committed to making sure that every client is represented with the utmost care, whether buying, selling, or managing property. I specialize in residential real estate across the Casa Grande Valley area. My true passion lies in helping homeowners sell, and I take pride in identifying the most probable buyer for each property and developing creative, effective marketing strategies to reach them. I also believe in the power of great photography, knowing that first impressions matter when showcasing a home. Additionally, I leverage my data-driven approach to work closely with appraisers, making sure every home’s value is supported by extensive research and documentation. On a personal note, my husband Victor and I are proud to call Casa Grande home, where we live with our son Jonathan, who is active in theater and baseball. We also share our lives with two golden retrievers, Marley and Maggie. In our free time, we love family vacations to theme parks, the beach, and Arizona’s beautiful White Mountains. My parents, Joe and Debbie, and I share a deep-rooted commitment to this community that has shaped our lives. Together, we have always strived to contribute to Casa Grande’s responsible growth and success. Through real estate, we have the privilege of helping people achieve their dreams, whether it's finding the perfect home or making sound investments for the future. We are proud to be a part of this journey with our clients, and our goal remains to serve with integrity, build lasting relationships, and continue fostering the thriving future of our community.
