Who We Are

The brokerage was founded in 1995 by Joe and Debbie Yost, who had been in real estate since the early 1980s. They built it on integrity, local expertise, and the belief that every client deserves personalized service and honest guidance. By 1999, their team was the #1 RE/MAX team in Arizona for closed transactions. Three decades later, that foundation still anchors everything we do.

In January 2024, their daughter Melissa Yost Fuentes officially took the reins as Designated Broker and Owner. A Casa Grande native licensed since 2008 who quite literally grew up in this business, Melissa brings deep credentials of her own. She served as 2024 Regional Vice President for the Pinal Chapter of WeSERV (the West and Southeast Valley Association of REALTORS®), and her work has been recognized with WPAR Realtor of the Year in 2011 and Greatest of the Grande awards for Best Realtor (2021) and Best Business Person (2023). She holds ten industry designations, including CRS, ABR, GRI, and the 203k Specialist credential. Her specialty is listings: finding the right buyer for each home and building marketing strategies that move properties. Joe and Debbie remain on board as Founders and Associate Brokers, mentoring agents and serving longtime clients alongside the next generation.

Today, Yost Realty Group is a full-service team of agents and staff specializing in sales, rentals, and property management across the Greater Casa Grande area.
